cyst.api.environment.configuration

This module provides a set of interfaces, which enable procedural configuration of simulation environments. Unlike the
cyst.api.configuration module, which declaratively configures the environment only at the initialization, this module
enables configuration and manipulation of the environment in all states.

While it is internally used to implement the declarative configuration, it is mainly used by the behavioral
models to implement changes in the environment in the reaction to agents' actions.
